Refresh was recommended by my ophthalmologist, and Refresh Optive gel drops are what I use every night before bed at night, to keep my eyes lubricated. I also use regular eye drops during the day, and the gel is best at night, as I find it clouds my eyes a bit at first. But because they offer more lubrication that regular drops, and I am an older person, it's important to care for the eyes, and these are really effective. Highly recommend.

I use these nightly and they really help soothe my eyes. I do computer work 9 hrs a day and these gel drops are just the thing to soothe my tired eyes dry eyes. Very lubricating and adds a lot of comfort - makes my eyes feel so much better. I've tried other drops but nothing works like these drops. I hope they are never discontinued. We'll worth the money.

I had cataract surgery then I had another eye surgery for something else and the refresh eye drops help keep my eyes more moisturized when first put them in they make your eyes a little blurry but that's what it says to do I like this. it's helpful to put them in at night and for your eyes and after a couple days of doing that my eyes have been better.

The refresh gel drops don't run out of my eyes like the tears. I really like the way it makes my dry eyes feel I do however use the refresh tears also.

If you have severe dry eye this product is a must. I use it a couple of times a day and rotate with the Refresh drops since it is pricey and a small container.

Make sure you shake it and you have to squeeze hard to get a drop out which makes it easy to Make a mess. It is oily but it does provide relief better than anything else i've tried. This exact product came recommended by my ophthalmologist for my extreme dry eyes.

my saughter recommended that i get gel eye drops for my extremely dry itchy eyes. the description led me to believe that these would fix thst issue, hiwever i think this product is gor for contacts. instructions not clear.

Used in conjunction with the Mega -3 drops. Prescribed by Doctor for night time. Use every day. Very hard bottle to get one drop out. Wish it was larger thinner bottle like some of their products. Refresh has excellent products.
