I like this eye refresher. It's very cooling %26 easy to apply, though is more. The price isn't bad, either.

This product is super soothing, especially when you've had a long night. It has a refreshing minty scent that's not too overpowering and it feels so nice and cooling on the bags under my eyes. I think your mileage might vary with this product. While it felt lovely on my (sensitive) skin and I did feel refreshed after, I didn't notice any marked improvements with the bags under my eyes. However, when my friend used it, there was definitely a difference. I would be careful about using this too close to your eyes, I can't imagine it being very pleasant to have that mintiness in your eyes! Even though I don't think it did much for me, I would definitely keep using it just because it felt so good. I would recommend this product with a caveat for sensitive types to test first before use. I suppose I haven't used the eye De-puffet long enough to tell if eye De-puffer is working.

I applied around the eye area, and felt a little light cooling feeling that lasts for about 10 minutes. But I felt like this product didn't do much for my under eyes puffiness. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

I used to use physicians formula eye cream loved it. This isn't the same at all n you can't get the kind I used to get anymore or if I see it it's $50 n up. This seems to create wrinkles so so I use it on my neck n chest instead of delicate eye area so I'm not wasting $$
