RefreshMint Cucumber & Bamboo Eye De-Puffer

I like this eye refresher. It's very cooling %26 easy to apply, though is more. The price isn't bad, either.

I use this in the mornings when I haven't rested well. I can apply it right under my eyes and there is no sting, it's very mild. I also use it on my neck muscles. I also use the Refreshmint jar version which I keep in the fridge. The stick version is nice if you want to carry it with you.

This product is super soothing, especially when you've had a long night. It has a refreshing minty scent that's not too overpowering and it feels so nice and cooling on the bags under my eyes. I think your mileage might vary with this product. While it felt lovely on my (sensitive) skin and I did feel refreshed after, I didn't notice any marked improvements with the bags under my eyes. However, when my friend used it, there was definitely a difference. I would be careful about using this too close to your eyes, I can't imagine it being very pleasant to have that mintiness in your eyes! Even though I don't think it did much for me, I would definitely keep using it just because it felt so good. I would recommend this product with a caveat for sensitive types to test first before use. This product is absolutely one that every girl should try! The sensation is out of this world, with it leaving a cooling effect on your face! It doesn't leave any residue on your face and starts your day off right? With that cooling wake up sensation! It dries fairly quickly and comes in a nice little tube that you can twist to get more product out.

I suppose I haven't used the eye De-puffet long enough to tell if eye De-puffer is working.

I purchased this product because it claims to be an Eye De-Puffer. Well, it is NOT. And also, originally all products were hypo-allergenic. That is how I started to purchase Physicians Formula products. Now mostly everything is NOT HYPO-ALLERGENIC except for the eye make up remover. The eye cream that Physicians Formula originally had WAS hypo-allergenic and it worked wonderfully. Oh but they had to cancel making that product because it worked! Now their 24 karat eye cream doesn't do anything and it costs 3 times as much as the original eye cream. I am totally disappointed. How can you even continue to have Physicians Formula products on the market when they are NOT even hypo-allergenic? Why can't you go back to manufacturing the original eye cream? It got oodles of positive reviews.
