Refurbished VIZIO 58" Class 4K UHD LED Smartcast Smart TV HDR V-Series V585-H

I have to say, after reading the reviews I totally got nervous. I purchased before reading the reviews (silly of me) and got totally bummed. But Im glad I did! Luckily, the TV I bought came working and looking brand new. Box was tore up but thats to be expected considering the item is refurbished. It has only been 1 day but so far Im 100% pleased and hope this TV continues to give me no problems!

So far, so good! Just got the TV today and was apprehensive but despite some set up set backs (that seem to be common with Vizio in general) it's functioning perfectly! Hope it stays that way!!

Good price for my refurbished TV. I got lucky when I was on the site of walmart. For safety net I purchase the 3 yr service plan. So far no issues

WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IT WAS DAMAGED. NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO WATCH IT. I ORDERED KNOWING THAT IT WAS REFURBISHED BUT I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO WATCH IT BECAUSE THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE RETURN PROCESS. IT RETURNED ON 6/28 AND AS OF 7/7 THE TV HAS NOT MADE IT TO THE RETURN LOCATION.

Ordered it forever like when I bought it it said he here by this date that was almost a month ago and I bought it 2 weeks prior to that date, and whoever owns this store you would be mad to, It was a gift for somebody, every week I'm like it's coming well it's not cause I'm done waiting.

I did not known it was not a new tv and it was send back cause it was repaired and sent out to me. The container that is was in showed it was not a new one. I opened it and the screen was cracked I sent it back. I read the reviews and some people had the same problem. It was very disappointing to see this. It turned me off to think about order another and shipped cause I do not know if I would get other one in the same condition. I will only order a new one from now on. I was in Walmart looking at their selection and there was not one 58" on the floor he looked in the back and found one but it was more money then what I bought online. Interesting

Used one day then started to have a line right down the middle causing two shades. I need help with this. Not even 24 hrs out of box. Seriously wrong here.

The tv was cracked on top of the tv and it was very dirty seems like they pulled it out of the trash and sold it as is, I will never order a tv again

The television screen was cracked. The crack was on the upper right hand corner. If returning do not return to store. Call customer service

Its was the worst experience ever, i will never order tv online , it came like a garbage after waiting for 10 days.i returne it after half hour
