Regency Heights Queen Size Comforter Set, 7-Piece Reversible Bed in a Bag with Sheets, Sage Green

My order was processed, shipped and delivered as promised. The product quality seems OK so far. The fitted bottom sheet is made for a thicker mattress than I have (10") and tends to bunch up after a night or two. All other pieces are sized properly. All in all I am satisfied with the purchase.

Purchased for my son's room. It's lightweight and soft. The packaging is deceiving as the sheets were folded within the comforter. It appeared they were not included. Gla I opened the comforter package before automatically returning.

package never came on date listed and then sent back due to accidental clicking refund button however I was told it would still be delivered and recharged due to package sitting at local Walmart waiting for a driver. but still not arrived and probably have to reorder but now I'm weary it will not arrive again as it says

not what I expected, super thin for the price , very disappointed. not how it looks in the picture maybe I need to dry it once to fluff but I expected something different for the price.

I never received my package I was told it was lost the seller did not reach out although Walmart said they contacted them but it never moved from California or where ever it was

Never received my order. Was supposed to receive it on Friday. When checked, status stated “ arrived at local store” . It was set up for a home delivery. When I called Monday Morning was told by support, it should arrive by 8pm Tuesday. They cancelled the order instead. Do better Walmart!

I purchased the full comforter set for someone else so I have not opened the box. I would like to add the delivery was unacceptable. Instead of bringing the package to my home it was left up the road at a row of mailboxes sitting on the ground. Anyone could have seen and stolen the package. When tracking it I seen it had been delivered yet it was not anywhere on my porch or anywhere else at my home. I called Walmart to report it was not delivered to my home and while on the phone I decided to click the photo of the comforter. Once that page loaded is when it showed a picture of a box from Walmart sitting on the ground beside mailboxes and beside that stated the package was left in the mailroom. Outside on the ground is hardly considered a mail "ROOM" OR ROOM PERIOD. I am elderly, disabled with bad mobility issues and no longer drive. Walking there up hill at that was impossible for me to accomplish. Worried it would be stolen I had to ask and count on a complete stranger visiting a neighbor if I paid them did they mind getting it for me. Luckily they was honest and came back with my package and then I paid them. I was told by them a Spark driver was who left the package up there. Now a separate order that was suppose to be delivered yesterday from FedEx has yet to arrive that I ordered from Walmart. I've never had problems before with getting orders delivered and will be hesitant to order again if it is not being delivered from our local Walmart store. Even doing it that way I've had a few problems with missing items and a very rude disrespectful delivery driver that right from the get go threw bags down on the gróúnd instead of on my porch. it had been raining so bags were muddy and wet with food inside. I told her I needed them taken up on my porch and to sit them on top of the cooler that throwing them on the ground was not acceptable. Even being frustrated I spoke respectful to them as it was two women. They complained but did take them towards my porch but put the bags down on the narrow steps with bag on top of bag and before I could say a word that they would fall down like that indeed they fell and bags busted leaving my food underneath my porch again on a muddy ground. She didn't apologize nor pick them up, they both jumped in the car pulling off. I knew I didn't have all of my groceries since a 24 pack, cube of soft drink cans was no where in sight nor some food that wasn't laying on the ground. I had to yell that wasn't all of my groceries only to be ignored and she continued pulling off so I had to risk stepping in front of her car to tell her again only for them to say that is all you ordered and they sped off. I reported them and let them know I do not ever want either of them to deliver to me again. Customer Service was very nice and said they was going to escalate it further up to someone else and was very apologetic for their behavior. I've never had any problems with other delivery drivers other than pulling through my yard.

The two pillows did not match the comforter. The sheets were nice, but the comforter and the pillow shams were cheap, looking and ugly, and didn't have a good touch appeal.

The quality of this item is very cheap. it looks really nice in the picture but it's not at all worth the price paid. Ended up giving it to my dogs to lay on.

A king sized comforter plus sheet set w pillowcases was smashed and tied down into the smallest bundle they could make fit in a small box. I didn't even open it. Very bad packaging. I will never consider buying from that brand again.
