I can't rate product, it wasn't delivered as they claim. Camera footage can prove it, unfortunately there is no human being to talk to. Message received keeps saying to check with my neighbors and wait 2 days to see if the comforter shows up??!! It also says that delivery drivers sometimes mark "ahead of time" that the delivery has been made... Why? Isn't that deceiving and a straight out lie, or is it a new way to scam? In the meantime, no comforter, and more than likely no money back. Solution: Will place no more on line orders or shop at the store. Unhappy
