Regency Rectangular Activity Table 72" x 30" Height Adjustable Maple (MT7230PLAPBK)

I ordered it as a workplace for sewing and computer station in our 2nd bedroom, and also as dining table when we have company. It includes 2 support bars to be attached lengthwise that prevent the table from sagging in the middle. Each leg is attached to the table with 7 screws. The instructions were easy to follow and the result is a very sturdy table. It is easy to change the height with a little hex wrench. We used it as a dining table this weekend and it seated 6 people.

perfect for my needs, easy to assemble and adjust the leg lengths, all parts present but one small niche on one side, the side I didn't want thank goodness.

The tables seemed perfect for what we needed. They even arrived earlier than anticipated. However, no instructions were provided and the screws were missing from both. Also, this table has two different table top colors. There are no pre-drilled holes for putting these together. Customer service tried to help, but the manufacturer didn't help. Fortunately I was able to return these in-store and receive a full refund.

I just received this product today. There are no installation manual are guiding holes to to fix legs. After two hours of an effort to fix the legs, one leg broke while tilting the table. Though table top is heavy, no enough strength to hold the screws. This is a market place product , the return policy is not the same as Walmart. The vendor initiated return on my request but asked me to bear return shipping expenses. The quality is not so good for the price. Unless you do not care paying return expenses, I do not recommend to spend money on this product.
