Perfect balance. So easy to put together.Addthe foot rubber tips then connect the cane to the pedestal use the tool to finish screwing the two pieces together and mark the correct height and done. No more falling cane .

Fairly priced, easily assembled, feels as sturdy as my non-collapsible four-footed cane, with an equally comfortable grip. Would buy without hesitation.

Like the foldable Quad cane. I could hang it on my rollator hand handle to use it if I need it for short distances.

Satisfying my immediate needs.
It gives me the stability I require sometimes especially on uneven surfaces. I don't plan to be on a cane forever, but for now it is serving my immediate needs.

Extremely disappointed in website information.
The order was promptly shipped as promised and arrived in good condition. However, I returned the cane without even opening it. Clearly marked on the outside of the box it said that people who are allergic to latex should not use this cane. Nowhere in the description on the website was this stated! This is crucial information for people who might need a cane for health reasons. To have neglected this in the description is worse than unhelpful if one is allergic to latex as our family member is. This should be noted in the description on the website. This caused delay and inconvenience for the person who needed the cane. This information needs to be correctly noted on the website.

I am unsteady on my feet and thought this would help, but it is almost as wobbly as I am. I really don't feel Safe using it outside of my home.
