Tell The Truth
I have a 1 star because instead of letting me know that they were out of stock, they led me to believe that it was going to be delivered. Then it said it was delivered somewhere in my town with no address attached to it. I had to message the company to ask them about. They responded back and told me that it was lost in transit and refunded my money back. I told them that I still needed the shelves and see if they could just replace them. Finally I was told that they were “out of stock “…

Un happy customer
The picture is very different from the actual item. Very small. can barely fit a tote. It specifies that it is for garage storage. Its more like a bathroom storage item. Will be returning and asking for a refund.
