they were wonderful and perfect, except two of the shelves were bent, i sent in a message to get refunded a bit and no response.... but i did order two more

the shelving racks bowed a little with the heavy dishes I put on there. But it it a great organizer.

This was easy to assemble and is handling the weight of the items I am putting on the shelf. However it seems much less sturdy and well made than comparable shelves I bought seven years ago. It'll do the job but doesn't feel as solid as my other shelf units.

It's a bit less sturdy than I believed it would be. The weight capability seems over stated for the shelving racks themselves. But it is holding up well so far.

Good shelf system but kind of flimsy. The pieces they sent to keep the shelves from tipping is a joke. This is not a serious shelving system it's kind of wimpy.

These shelves are lighter than other wire shelving units I own. The poles, wire shelves, and casters are all smaller, which makes the unit feel less stable when loaded. They may work for light storage, but if you plan to store heavier items I would recommend paying the extra $20 for a heavier-duty shelf. The added stability and safety are worth the small price difference.

These rolling shelves were advertised as holding 1200 pounds, I had less than a hundred pounds on the cart/shelving and a couple of the wheels bent, making the cart very unsteady. Since i had discarded the boxes I contacted the company asking that they replace the wheels, contacted them twice and have never heard from them.

This unit is very cheap/flimsy. Definitely won't hold 1200 pounds. I expect a $100 shelving unit to be a lot sturdier than this item. Don't waste your time or money on this item.

Missing piece to screw top pole to bottom pole. Could not assemble, now I am searching where to find this piece so I can put the rack together. One shelf also dented but could have happened during shipping.

The item is flimsy, and the wheels have issues with breaks. Ordered two and had one shelf warp after loading it. Product is not up to par.
