Worked very well and easy to use with little odor
I have used the hardwood floor restorer for quite awhile now but it has changed a little and now offers a high gloss finish. I just tried the newer one and I love it. My hardwood floors are 60 yrs old however in good condition but good condition for 60 yrs old. They look spectacular. This newer formula goes on alot smoother and really does offer a high gloss finish. I used 3 coats and my floors are beautiful and I am proud when my family walks thru and admires the floors !!!!
My house is 80+ years old and the original hardwood was too beautiful to replace. These markers have done an excellent job at erasing years of neglect. But, I really wish I could buy a 6 pack of one color. I only use maple, oak, and walnut and having the ability to buy only those colors would be very helpful. I've had to buy a bunch of marker packs and end up with a ton of markers I won't use. It just seems wasteful.
I had a brand new piece of wood cherry furniture that needed to have the finish repaired after a balance ball rested against it and the finish melted off. It looked awful and I was mad! I bought these markers and hoped for the best. The cherry marker was not a match, however. Luckily the walnut marker was, and in low light, you can hardly tell that about 5 inches of marks had to be repaired. I had no idea that rubber had that effect on varnished furniture, but I'll never let that happen again.
Colors were duplicated in the package i recieved so maybe there was a color and technique that would have made my touchup products come out better.
I bought this product to help cover minor scratches on my high end, finished wood floor. It provided a great, high gloss shine, but did not cover any minor scratches. In fact, it made them more noticeable. Also, the markers are a waste of money. Perhaps they work on unfinished wood, but they are worthless on finished wood.
I purchased these touch up markers to fix some scratch marks on a bed frame. When I received the markers I saw two colors that looked like they would match perfectly with the maple colored bed. One was maple the other called oak, the two lightest in the choice of six colors. I tried the maple first as that's the bed color...no, It didn't work, It came out red! I then tried oak and this came out a medium brown, not even close either. These will for sure be going back.
they do not cover up the mark and they don't look natural. I like the variety of colors but they just don't work
I didn't find any of the colors matched enough and when trying to use more than one to blend you couldn't do that very well because they dried to fast. I think the browns have a too much red tones in them. Very disappointed. I ended up using a brown fabric paint marker that I had which allowed me to blend/wipe so the tone matched better before using the rejuvinate restoration product over it. I wouldn't buy these markers ever again.
Horrible product. 2 markers were completely dried up. 3 others were red in color. They were not even close to any shade of brown. Don't waste your money.
