Relaxing Sleep Herbal Formula with Valerian Extract

I reviewed this almost to the day a year ago my name is Mariana for some reason they wanted to change it to a nickname “Pho” whatever. I highly reccomend Relaxing Sleep I buy two 1 fluid oz droppers to get the free shipping on walmart when it's just a quick purchase. This was my “gateway tonic” lol into more of herbpharm for healing. Amazing.

I've started adding this to fruity herbal tea to hide the herby taste and drinking it prior to bedtime- I've never felt so calm in a matter of minutes and it had been the best sleep I've had in months! I use it when I'm feeling extremely restless/anxious and typically have to get myself to bed within 15 minutes because it can kick in that quickly. Definitely recommend this product if you have a hard time falling asleep.

It's amazing. Highly recommend for anxiety and sleep. I can be left with 4 hours of sleep..take a dropper an hour before bedtime, another dropper right at bedtime and wake up before my alarm feeling refreshed for the day. . I literally fall asleep with my phone hitting my lip that's how good this stuff is.
