I am a chronic insomniac. I have found some things that work but always with side effects or simply too expensive. I took two of these and slept thru the night. Woke up refreshed. It isn't a perfect cure - I still have nights when I struggle to get to sleep or wake up after a few hours. But this works better than anything else I've tried! Working on three months and I'm praying it continues!
Slept great and woke up refreshed, clear headed and energetic the 1st time I used this. Was a great birthday gift for my daughter too!
When I tried it I felt relaxed within minutes but it does not help me sleep. My husband used it every night with much success
it would be good to know if the effects are changed if pills are crushed when taking them. they are really big for those having troubles swallowing
Tissue paper was soft but strong
They don't work for me it takes longer before they work . Not that good about staying asleep too
BEWARE OF COMPANY. I received box and more than half of the pills were missing and punched out of container. Like it was a return package sent back to them and then sent to me. Having to return it to Walmart for refund.

The unopened box of Relaxium tablests had 8 tablets removed, somebody there stole 8 tablets
