Relief Pak blue-vinyl reusable cold pack, oversize (11 x 21")

I really like the product. It has a substantial size and also a substantial weight to it so when it is on my back or leg, I know it's there %26 my body has 2 means of healing.

I purchased two "Standard: 11'' W x 14'' D" cold packs for therapy after knee replacement surgery. I was charged $4.99 total for shipping. Both arrived in the same shipping box, but one had a leak, which was contained within its own sealed plastic bag. I called the customer service number on the invoice, and the company shipped another at no charge, and it arrived in three days. The material inside the packs is not gel-based, but the packs keep a reasonably cold temperature for about 20 minutes, after being stored in my freezer at zero degrees.

I loved this until mine got a hole in it. I had it for a little over a year before I had to throw it out.

Unfortunately, I've purchased two of these and both have split after freezing them for use on shoulder pain after my wife's surgery. They're leaking out the brown cooling material on the inside. They were not folded but, frozen flat.
