large therapeutic cold pack
For anyone who has ever had a cold back during physical or occupational therapy, this is the same cold pack that is used professionally. I like the larger size 7 the fact that I did not have to buy a cover with it. I use a pillow case as a cover. I am a recently retired OT.

It really holds the cold for longer than average. I love the size because I can put my legs together and it covers both, calf to ankle.

Performs well
Performs as it should by remaining flexible and cold, as well as holding up by not leaking like a DIY one.

It does get Cold. Very pleased with product. I gave it a 4 wished it was a little more firm.

Not size I ordered, Not happy
Size was really 11X12 1/2 I ordered and picked up on 02/11/2020 didn't open until today as I need to use them after surgery tomorrow as well as on 03/09. Found out I could return until today. I really need a 11 X 17 to cover knee replacement. Guess I will make my own ice packs. Not happy with these but to late to return now. :( Won't trust to order them online again. I learned

" RELIEF" PAD causes pain.
It did come as opposed to the FlexiKold pad which they reported as delivered, but, NEVER was seen, the Relief pad was never able to be used due to leakage immediately after coming out of the freezer. Return? was NOT as said by Walmart, etc. DONT BUY THIS!
