Ideal for average body part
Ideal size for Quad, hamstring, arm. Heats up well in hydrocullator. Longevity of pack is TBD.

Clinic grade therapy hot pack. Not microwavable.
This is a therapy quality hot pack. Well made. . It is a hydrocollator pack to be kept continuously submerged in a thermostatically controlled hot water bath to be ready for deep tissue application. In the description, it did say it was microwavable. It is not. You need to submerged in a pot of water and bring the water to A certain temperature. it is not a quick heat for application. It is a quality effective therapy pack for deep tissue.

I need something that covers my whole back and is easy to use. With this moist pack I would to need to be able to fit it in a deep bowl in my microwave or in a big pot on the stove burner to use it. I didn't get a chance to see how it actually works, because I'm not going to buy extra items to be able to use it. This may be good for some people, but not for me. I am disabled and it's hard enough to get relief, without going through all of the steps needed to use it. I would get a smaller one, but I want one that fits my whole back. I'm tired of changing smaller ones around. I'll just keep looking. I hope this helps !
