Comfortable and you can really use it. I have alway hated the English style ice bag because of the bulk and difficulty in handling. The only reason it did not get a five is that the ties could be longer to suit my use.

GOOD PICK / GOOD BAG.
The strings to tie down around my Knee, My swelling is the Top and Sides of my Knees, the Tie down always you to get 90% of my single knee problem. Also The bag flexes when the ice goes down some and you let out the air pockets.
