Great Quality and Great Price
This Product is way above expectations. for the price I was expecting a low to mid tier quality product. But, it is just as good as the more expensive ones . I have spent $40-$50on the exact same product and it is as good if not better than those expensive ones. I also like the size and shape of it as well. plus it takes about half the time to boil it back to liquid form than the other ones I have used. I would totally recommend this product. I actually purchased two of them just to have one always ready if I forget to reset the first one.

Works as advertised
This acted just like the ClickHeaters brand I had before. I haven't used them long enough to know how they will hold out. It took about 3 clicks to get it to activate the first time. After that it took a click, or just the pressure of pushing on the button, to activate it.

This reusable instant hot pack is awesome.
Great heat pack when you don't have time to heat it in boiling water. It uses a chemical reaction to bring it up to about 130°. To get it ready to reuse, you boil it in water until the contents change back to the clear liquid. Stays warm for at least an hour.

MUST be boiled to be reused
This compress is good fit for my back and hips. However, you need to BOIL it in hot water to be able to use it again. Leaving it in a hot shower doesn't work to soften it.
