Poor Design. Should be 2 straps.
The Ice Bag is fabric. It's not the gel plastic type. It more absorb into your body more than the fabric for Ice and Coldness purpose of the gel plastic type material. The Ice Bag broke first time use. It did not last more than 10 minutes. It is Very Poor Design. The opening and closing the seal bar of the bag broke after 10 minutes use all water and ice pour out all over my body and floor. Then the strap it broke. It is very hard to tight with only 1 strap. They should designed 2 straps. They wasted my money and time. I can not have my money back since it broke. I can not return. Now I just bought another 8 Ice Bags. 24 OZ. each bag and it is Gel Ice Bag. No strap. I just laying on it then. I would like to have the one with straps. So I can move around with it. Well! I will find one in the future.
