Very easy set up %26 is such a great workout tool. Doesn't take up much space %26 works out the whole body! Definitely a necessity!
I just got it delivered and put together and did about 10 minutes and I love it. I do have 6 other machines I use daily and I lift weights on my weight bench so compared to all these other machines I have to say I feel it much better in my legs and butt muscles which has anyone who works out knows the glutes are very hard to Target for example I have two different exercise bikes but if your butt is sitting on a seat those muscles are really not getting the full benefit of your workout this climber is amazing I can feel after 10 minutes my muscles in my legs glutes our heart is a rock they got a really good workout I love this machine it is very sturdy heavy duty way better than the Maxi climber that you see advertised on Facebook so much those parts will not last long trust me I've tried both machines this relife vertical climber is very good quality and a really good workout and it's easy to use
Easy to put together, really good work out I could feel the burn after a few minutes. I recommend 10/10
Nice and plush, but not real. Happy with the backing..
easy assembly with only 4 bolts
It's okay. it's not very smooth and you have to keep reapplying the included grease. The flywheel is cheap and noisy. it also heats up. It is sturdy...It's just too noisy and not smooth at all. I'm returning it and will keep looking for a better alternative.
Saw this online and decided to try it. Ordered from Walmart so if any problems, I could do a quick return. The item arrived missing parts, couldn't put it together. I called Relife's 800%23 to send the parts. The guy who answered said I need to send an email with my order%23, name, address, ph%23 first. Didn't feel comfortable doing that. Then, about a 30-60 mins later, he called me back to see why I called. We confirmed that I spoke to the same person and he reiterated the same response. I decided I no longer want this item. Called Walmart to return, they say I cannot. Now I'm stuck with this thing. Never again!!
The pedals don't cover your whole foot like most machines do, these are bike pedals so they don't provide much support, they have caused a bit of pain so I don't use it, I've only used it 2 times because of that. This is also the first and last time I will order from relife sports company, I was one day late on the return date which I didn't realize. Walmart wanted to work with me but relife sports did not, I understand if I was trying to return it months after the return date expired but I was one day late, and I had explained to them I was experiencing discomfort. I am unhappy with the machine. I had it ready to be returned back in its box and they refused to let the one day late go and so here I am stuck with this workout equipment I can't use. Order from another company who will work with you and give you your money back and definitely order a machine that has full foot support.
Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Received a defective product that wasn't able to be assembled. The moveable handles on one side isn't able to be inserted properly because a drilled nut is protruding into the space where the handle goes, making this impossible to assemble. What's worse is that the piece is completely unnecessary. Looking at the manufacturer info revealed typos and a suspect email address. Everything about this product screams scam. Will be contacting Walmart to see how well they can assist with this issue.
It's something wrong with it
