What's not to like? These are good size alcohol swabs, available in several different counts/package sizes, wonderful prices, etc. With a family history of diabetes, I sometimes will do fingersticks and check my blood glucose to see how well I'm doing with my diet and I also use these to clean and disinfect smaller objects/devices around the house. I retired from healthcare and these are just as good as what was provided to us at work!
The price is exceptional and the quality is more than adequate. I have been using it for several years without a problem. The only minor mistake one could make is over ordering the product and it might sit on the shelf for several years and not be moist when opened. Obviously, this is true of all brands and not just Relion.
The girl who delivered it was so nice. She brightened my day. She came to the door, flashed a big smile at me and waved, brought my package into the porch so I didn't even need to go out into the cold to get it. She deserves to be recognized for her pleasant demeanor. Thank you little sweetie!
These individual alcohol pads are great for cleaning the screen on most of your devices. I use them to clean my IPad, phone, and tv screens. They're a bit small so you will have to use several on tv. I would recommend if you're looking for what I said.
This is a great quality alcohol wipe. This is the thinner version which is exactly what I needed. I have the thicker pad version as well. The usage depends on what kind of application you're doing. These came in a sealed clear plastic cover and when using, all has been adequately moist. I use this for wound care, acne cleansing after popping, tweezers, nail clippers, beard trimmers with oil afterwards, and etc.
Handy for so many uses. Cleaning phone and computer screens, steering wheel, doorknobs, hands at the dinner table. We use wipes to disinfect salt and pepper shakers, ketchup bottles at restaurants.
while a bit smaller than I would like they are individually wrapped so I can build as many small emergency kits as needed and you never know when a booboo away from home will happen.
as a diabetic I go through a lot of these they're also good for cleaning your cell phone screen or surfaces that you're going to put a sticker on they're very Universal
I have two type 1 diabetic (T1D) children, this is the autoimmune disease that destroys part of the pancreas that secretes insulin and their bodies no longer can do so. In order to live they require multiple (5 /-) daily injections or an insulin pump. There is no other choice. In order to dose they have to have their blood glucose checked, either with finger stick every time and/or CGM. T1Ds are at higher risk of infection so these prep pads are a crucial step to keeping my boys healthy. I appreciate that these are so inexpensive since insurance doesn't cover prep pads anymore, no idea why. What I do not appreciate is that they are always out of stock. I see so many reviews of people who are not in dire need of these, even ones stating they let them dry out on their shelf. I assure you, none of ours every dry out, we use them too fast. Please only buy in bulk if you NEED them for medical reasons. You can easily get a bottle of rubbing alcohol for super cheap if you aren't in need of prepping injection sites and traveling with them. We, and many other people, cannot leave the house without these supplies without risking their or their loved ones lives. There are too many people out there who actually do rely on ReliOn prep pads to help ease the cost of raising medically complicated children. Please.
The alcohol swaps are very flimzy. The material isvery thin and they dry out dometimes before I can use them. They are also very hard to tear open and I have a hard time get the swab out of the paper.
