super satisfied with the saw and the price for everything with it i mean 4 chains 2 cutter bars 2 batteries could hardly believe everything i got for the price have used the saw a lot no problems what so ever cuts a long time and a lot of stuff before battery is ready for a change would suggest this saw for anyone oh yeah will cut some pretty big limbs

Just used for the 1st time yesterday. Charged both batteries. Placed chain %26 blade on saw. Connected extension poles easy then attached fully charged battery. Branches were easy to cut extension poles were more than helpful since i am 5'2. I hope this piece of equipment lasts a bit it did as advertised. Cheap plastic but overall useful tool. Recommend.

The chain slips off frequently.

I am not able to tighten the chain around the guide. Even after a lot of wasted time and effort there is no appropriate guidance on how to do this. I might have to return rhe product since I am unable to use it.

This is worthless it should not be on the market at all. That Wal Mart even sells it makes me doubtful that I would even consider buying anything like this from Wal Mart again!

the instructions are terrible. small written , barely say anything. i spent 3 hrs trying to put the chain on saw. i have put many chains on chain saws. copied picture exactly. chain was on backwards. soent another 1 1/2 hr. putting chain back on . had to tape on every few inches. finalky got it to work. battery keep falling out when running. put in correctly but plastic bends, barely there ridges to hold on. still haven't had chance to try pole. i expected it to be 23 ft. NOT misleading pictures. description. i would not recommend this item. t3gat small chain to hard to get own. cover of chain blocks view so you cant tell if blade seated correctly.

manual doesn't cover project completely.. chain wouldn't tighten like it needed.. completely junk

when delivered there was no packing, one of the batteries was band up and broke, look like a returned item sent back out. everything else was loose in the box, it was shipped in. I would like a refund, I have not used it.

With the battery fully charged it barely saws and the oil chamber leaks, the pole is not sturdy
