Overall, this is a fun little setup, but it's definitely better suited for kids than adults looking for a serious workout.
What I like:
Fun variety of modes: Having multiple modes keeps things interesting, and connecting your phone via Bluetooth to sync up with your own music is a really cool feature when it works.
Where it falls short:
Bluetooth auto-disconnects constantly: This is easily the most frustrating part. It automatically disconnects Bluetooth after just one short session. If you're trying to get a solid workout in and go for a while, having to turn the whole unit back on and repair it over and over gets super annoying.
Lack of hit feedback: There's no hit counter or clear indication to let you know if you actually landed on the lit-up spot in time.
Missing set of gloves: it's missing a set of gloves. i have small hands, so I'm guessing it's missing the adult gloves, though the set I got is a little bit for kids.
Build %26 audio quirks: The speaker has a bit of audio feedback/buzzing, and the target wiggles slightly on the wall when hit hard, which is why it feels more tailored for lighter hits from kids.
It's an entertaining toy that keeps kids active, but if you're an adult looking for a durable training tool, you might find the tech quirks and stability a bit lacking. I would give it 3 stars if it was at its original $80 price point, but at$30, that's more worth it
