Easy to set up we are very pleased with the spa have not had it for long, less than one month, I want just for dipping pool but my wife loves the hot tub experience

Cover is thin But for portable aspect, it folds nicely the hot tub with the padded bottom temperature stayed consistent throughout the winter. It wasn't an enclosure but not heated enclosure. We're very happy with this purchase. I took it down before I got a picture. It did reach 101° very quickly

I bought this hot tub for a friend of mine who has terminal cancer. Blew it up. The next day was to low to good water. Spent two days trying to find a leak and finally gave up and ordered another one assuming I could return this one at the store. No luck. The one I ordered is not capable of warming up enough when it’s 35° outside. Very dissatisfied. Do not buy this product. Customer Service at Walmart has a lot to be desired. No way to contact anyone to talk to no personal service . They’re worse than Amazon and that’s pretty bad.

Second one I've bought. Bought one five years ago. Heat only lasted one year, then I threw it in the garage. Now I got a new one and had heater on for 6 days and still at 70 degrees and now there giving me Crap about returning it. I don't want another one, just my money back. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS GARBAGE

BE ADVISED this is a MarketPlace Seller and NOT a Walmart purchase. I received a damaged hot tub November 20 and still have no product to use as of December 11. Item has an undetectable air leak and is fully deflated after 45 minutes. The drink table, which is required for the tub to hold its position, has a bent leg and cannot be assembled.. I contacted WalMart who told me I had to speak with Seller, Relxtime. Relxtime only communicates via email. On December 6 they stated they would send a new product to me. I have asked for the tracking information but as of today (Dec. 11) have not been provided any information. Contacted WalMart again and was told that I must contact Seller. Website states item is returnable until January 31 but am getting no assistance from either WalMart or Relxtime. Will stick to AMAZON purchases from now on.

The pump failed after four months and RELXTIME could not provide a delivery date for a replacement pump unit. The hot tubs are still for sale with delivery in less than a week. It has now been out of service for weeks already. This is unacceptable performance for a Walmart product.

The heating unit broke on my last tub and the customer service is non-existent. After a month they are still promising a replacement; "Please be patient."

I set this up about 60 days ago and the heater has already quit working. : ( I am going to call Customer Support on Monday - I’ll post later after I see how difficult or easy that process is.

I purchased the relaxed time hot tub from Walmart in December 2025. I've only had it five months and the error code HL is coming on and will not go off. I have done all the troubleshooting that they have told me to do and still not working do not buy this hot tub too many problems cannot get any answers from Walmart or relax time the hot tub will not even come on now a piece of junk, hot tub area code.
