awesome 4 person tub. We've had it 6 months now and its great. Keep an eye on water level ... also change filters every 2 days..wash em out and its good.

We love it. However we keep having to clean the filter very frequently and set the water level to get water to heat. The water is really clean?

Hopefully you have better results
Removed from box and began following instructions to set up. After the tub was inflated I already found a hole and had to use a provided patch. Wasted 107 gallons of water filling this tub for it to deflate 2 hours later. Checked all the connections and walked around the whole tub. Could not locate an air leak but the tub was going flat. Contacted the seller via email (their only method of contact) and have been getting the run around since the middle of October. I haven't been issued a refund or replacement. I barely get a response from the seller.

Immediately leaked air
Missing the Matt. Pumped it up and it immediately went flat. Not even able to get in once. Emailed the issue and they gave me instructions as to how to look for a leak to fix it. I'm not fixing something that is supposed to be brand new. It had scuff marks as well so I am wondering if it was returned and they shipped it to me missing items and hoping I would just fix it and move along. Still waiting to hear back as I told them I am not fixing up a brand new item I haven't used. When they send me a new one I will give it an honest review

Heater is junk and i paid for a new one and received a used one !!! if you're looking for something that stays warm after you take the cover off, do your research and I do not recommend this product
