Great spa heats fast good construction

everything we wanted and more. easy to set up. big enough for two. only regret is not buying it sooner.

Nice size. We will have to see how it holds up. The thing is either on or off. The filtration pump runs 24/7 or not at all. No “Eco Mode”, no timer or scheduling. Just on or off. It is quiet.

not happy so far..just got it . very small. looks very cheap not built like coleman or intex. i have not seen what heater like yet so far not happy want know return policy n warrenty i dont see this lasting at all.😞i would never ever paid $1000 for this not even the 500 i paid🫤🫤🫤

Shipped very quickly. After unboxing found 2 holes in the bottom so the air leaked back out. Used both patches that came with the product, did not stop either leak. (Both were close to a seam). Went to buy a patch kit, did not stop either leak again. Called to see the return process, was told a return label would be mailed to me. After 10 days of not receiving it called again and again was told a return label would be mailed to me. After a week of not receiving it called and said a return label would be mailed and emailed to me. It's now day 6 of nothing again.

Easy to set up. Doesn't come with a mat it says it does. Bubbles work great. However it does not hold the temperature. It took forever to reach the temperature we wanted then quickly drops. It's outside but it's still hitting the 80s here and gets full sun so it shouldn't be cooling off as fast as it does. We're people that love a good hot bath so we assumed we could enjoy this hot tub but the water temp quickly drops in the 90s once you get in. Doesn't make sense. For the money I didn't expect the best but I didn't expect to hate a hot tub already. Definitely returning.

horrible customer service never responds

It did not work and now going through a very tedious return policy - we rally wanted it for the weekend snd it needed up All of our plans. Count even rerun the big box to Walmart and now waiting for a new one which will probably be weeks. Not happy

Too small for 2 adults. Didn't hold heat very well
