LOVE These!
Recently diagnosed with Crohn's so I am trying to replace 1 to 2 meals with shakes. It's only been a few months, still a learning process and am only up to the 1 meal a day replacement. These have been a life saver! I can't do dairy based shakes, these are plant based and taste DELICIOUS! Being 20g of carbs they do fill me up, which I appreciate. Walking around hungry and not being able to eat because your body rejects almost everything you put into it has been a nightmare. These shakes help A LOT. Wish they were a little cheaper or would occasionally go on sale :)

good for u but taste is lacking
I love the ingredients and the fact that it is plant-based and that it is so very good for you. I like that it lacks a bunch of bad chemicals that are usually found in protein drinks. the only downfall is the Taste is very planty. you can definitely tell that it is plant-based. it is a very earthy taste. but I wouldn't say that it is nasty. it is tolerable

The gift that keeps on giving.
I personally haven't tried these. I purchase them for one of the church members. What started as a sample has become apart of her routine. She lets me know when she's getting low on stock and I purchase more for her.

You will not regret these
I just recently stumbled across these as I was searching for a better protein alternative for in the morning. I add these into my coffee, I've made vanilla milkshakes with this, and I love them plain. Best part is it does not upset my stomach whatsoever. Huge bonus they taste amazing.

Ok except for the taste of the stevia which I don't like. It was my fault for not checking the ingredients thoroughly.
