Product works well at making it easy to fall back to sleep if one wakes during the night. One ingredient is sources from wheat, which in spite of supposedly being rendered gluten-free in processing, makes me nervous. I wish they would find an alternate source.

I tried it for a week. I slept about four hours each night. It is supposed to time release and help you stay asleep for much longer than that. It might work for others but I finally got a prescription for a drug and now I sleep 6-8 hours every night.
