Remington PF7320 Replacement Foil and Cutters for Shaver Model SPF-7320

Only found out after the fact that I could buy the entire shaver for slightly more than what I paid for Parts. Also the replacements pull the hairs on my beard worse than the old parts ever did.

Shipping was terrible. I order 2 (two) Remington PF7320 replacement Foil and Cutters but the shipping package only contained 1 (one) upon delivery, even though the packing was undamaged and the seal intact . At the Mukwonago, WI store I was turned away at customer service because although it was purchased through the Walmart.com site, the item was provided by an outside retailer. I was told by customer service that if the order was shipped complete they would have been able to give me a refund, but since it was short shipped they said I had to deal with the outside retailer direct. When I contacted the outside retailer they said all delivery problems had to be addressed through the Walmart.com return site. I was not able to complete an adjustment at the Walmart.com site since it would not let me proceed without selecting a return method. Since I was shorted the item I could not return it so I was stopped from proceeding. I either want one more of the item shipped to me at no cost or a refund me $29.92, which is one half the price I was charged for 2 units.
