Remington Pro CI9538 - Curling iron

I love using this product. I can make my curls tight or loose. The numerous styles I can create is why I like this product so much. I wish the heat glove could protect my fingers for more than just a second but that's the least. I'll recommend this product to anyone as I always do [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have very thick hair and for years the only styling I could do was to just flat iron it straight. But now I can curl it!! I love this wand!! It's so easy to use!! I wish I'd gotten one sooner!! It's perfect for a beginner like myself! Just watch a couple YouTube how-tos and you get the hang of it in no time! (Picture is from my second time using it)

I've used this product several times now and am loving the results I achieve. I have very thick hair and was worried the wand may not curl or my hair may not hold the curl. Although it takes me about 30 minutes to do all of my hair, the curl stays in and looks fabulous. Also, as a first time wand user, very simple to operate.

I have naturally curly hair that is fairly dry all of the time (regardless of what kind of treatments I use). Curly hair takes very well to curling irons. However, my nice soft curls would always fall apart within a couple of hours and I would have nothing but frizz for the rest of the day. I get so tired of wearing my long hair up all of the time! This styling wand REALLY did the job for me. I used it to make big bouncy curls on my normally tight curly hair. The curls held ALL DAY LONG and were soft. It was nice not to look like a poodle by the end of the day. I followed up each curl with Pantene hairspray for curly hair. The wand heats up really fast. I don't even bother with the glove. I know you are supposed to use it but I am just really careful and haven't burned my fingers yet. It only took me minutes to style my hair rather than an hour compared to other, cheaper, irons I have used. Hope this review helps!

I have struggled for years to find a curling iron that keeps curls in my hair. My hair is very straight. Usually the curls would hold for a couple hours, then fall and look terrible. I tried this as my last ditch effort and I cant believe how great it works. I had beautiful curls for 2 days! Everyone noticed me, so I love this wand. Great price, Great product

I have very fine long hair which makes it difficult for my curls to stay. I've been using this wand for about a year now and love it. Curls don't hold like the beginning but they do stay on till the following day. I also just purchased the thicker wand. Hope it's works just as good.

This is my first wand and it is very easy to use and leaves me with beautiful curls. You can't beat this deal.

I love this curling iron. It's been able to help me achieve beautiful beachy waves which I've never been able to do before with my other curling irons. Here are the pros: I love that it heats up so quickly and that it has an automatic shut off feature. I also love that I can style my hair really quickly and am able to achieve a great hairstyle in just minutes. I also love that my curls seem to last most of the day despite the very fine texture of my hair. Here are a few cons... I don't love where the buttons are placed on the curling iron. I find that I inadvertently shut it off quite often because it's easy to press the power button by accident while curling your hair. I also am inadvertently adjusting the temperature. The buttons are in a bad place.. but it's really just a nuisance. Also, (and I know this is a really dumb thing) but there is nothing pearly or shimmery about the wand that I received. The YouTube videos I've seen featuring this curling wand show a lovely, pale-pink, pearly wand but mine came in a very opaque bubble gum pink shade. There wasn't even a hint of shimmer to it. It looks like it was made for Barbie. This doesn't seem to affect the performance and I guess, ultimately, it doesn't really matter but I was looking forward to a pretty curling iron and this one is just not nice to look at. Definitely not very sophisticated looking. It looks like it was made with a tween in mind. That being said... overall, I do love this curling iron and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The curling iron arrived looking like it had been used before. The twist tie was worn out and there was a hair melted into the barrel. Works decent, just a little grossed out thinking someone else was using it on their own hair.

I love the product itself but when I ordered it online it stated there would be a protective glove that came with the wand. There was no glove in the box and when I called and asked about this issue they simply stated that it was the last of the wands and unfortunately it did not have a glove to go with it. If you don't have the glove to accompany the product you are selling you might want to let the customer know ahead of time before hand.
