Better than tweezers or the battery operated ones. Has the power on low to rip out the facial hair. When you get older and can't see so well this product is great. When you first use it, it hurts a little but once you figure out the angle it's not so bad.

I use it almost everywhere, but I mainly got it for my legs. It works best on curved surfaces (for example - the tibia area of legs) because of the shape of the epilator's head but I've even managed to use it on my stomach and back. So far it's been ah-so-mazin!!

I like the epilator as this seems to be much better than the waxing.. Its very easy to use, just place the epiliator on the area you to remove hair and move it in circular motion and it plucks your hair and compartively its less painfuland very comfortable. I have used it couple of times and i haven't seen any rashes (mine is very sensitive skin#, and i am very excited about that. As epilator pulls the hair from the root it almost takes 4 weeks #depends on body type) to grow the hair back. The epilatpor design is very simple and sleek which makes it handy to use it too.

I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. I am very happy with how it works and have used it for facial hair. My daughter is not as happy but I think it takes getting used to. Hairs do not pull out as easily on youthful skin. It takes longer and more sweeps back and forth.

This item works very well. It definitely hurts when you use it for underarm hair. Doesn't hurt much when used on legs. This item is corded so it does need to be plugged in to be used. So, it's not portable. It's very effective and easy to use. Definitely beats using a razor as the hair will be gone for longer.

I was an epilady victim 25 years ago and never again tried an epilator until now. This is different. It still pulls hair out by the roots but at less than half the pain and minimal irritation! It does an incredibly thorough job and it took only 3-4 minutes to do the lower half of each leg. I then went over any missed spots. I had let the hair grow out for 2 weeks prior. There is more pain on the underarm, but the device is so quick and thorough that you don't have to tolerate it very long. Bikini area was the most painful, but again, very quickly hair free. Make sure in sensitive areas the hair is short enough and skin is taut. No lasting irritation and redness gone completely in a day. Worked on chin hair but i didn't use it on other face parts. Cord is 6 ft long and the device cleans easily with the included brush.

I love my epilator, makes my underarms feel like they've been wax. The 40 tweezers allows for faster hair removal. Like all epilators, it is painful if you're a first timer, but after several uses, you get used to it, and epilating goes by quicker - without the stop & go routine. It did make my underarms sore and red, but that went away in a several hours. Would definitely recommend this product.

I thought this one worked pretty well. I haven't used it a long time back and only on a few areas however it seems to pluck the hair out pretty easily, doesn't take a lot of time/effort , is as painful/painfree as waxing . The product overall performes well and has a sleek and easy to hold design. I also liked the placement of the on-off button. I'll be using this on other areas, and will update my review with more information as I do. For now, the hair seems to be out - we'll see how effective this is/ how often I need to use it.

This was my first time using an epilator as I usually wax. This was very easy to use and I couldn't belive how effective it was. You have to make sure to hold the epilator at a 90 degrees angle and gently have it go over your skin with a circular motion. If you press too hard, it may create a slight sting. The machine was a bit loud but for the price I can't expect a quiet motor. Since I am use to waxing, the epilator did NOT leave my skin red. The epilator does feel like little tweezers plucking your skin. It pulls from your hair roots so your hair shouldn't grow back for weeks. I plan to use this more than waxing as it is much easier.

I've been epilating for over 20 years, tried them all. This is decent value for the price. Not wild about how the plastic piece surrounding the tweezers sits so high. I remove it, and get a closer "shave". This is a safety item, meant to keep loose skin from getting caught, so it's important to use it while keeping area taught.
