its USB charged so that made it really nice..Because we would run all the features lights, dumping , my grandson would always be dumping it and running the light.So the battery would last for a good couple days play.
I bought two of these for my grandsons at Christmas. They both really enjoy them!

Don't spend a dime on this! Dump is the only accurate description of this toy, bc that's where it belongs, in a dump!
The part where the battery goes in doesn't go in easily the piece to cover the battery broke very easily and the battery to charge it was hard to plug it in and you pull to hard it breaks I'm not happy with how fast this broke I don't recommend it
