Glad I checked other sources rather than ordering.
Item was way cheaper than ordering from Verizon. Arrived 3 days early and way earlier than if I had ordered from Verizon.

VERY fast shipping; better quality than Verizon
Wow. I don't even know where to start. First of all, the remotes arrived next day via USPS and were protected by bubble wrap. Second, the price was about half of what Verizon charges to get here later. Finally, the actual quality of the remote is superior by a long shot. The Verizon remotes had sunken buttons. Give this vendor a shot. You won't be sorry.
