Remote Printer Setup

Just as I said just a moment ago and the other review on my other device, I never got any remote set up or anything like that. Nobody helped me with anything. I don't even know that I ever got contacted about it and I had to pay somebody else to set it up, so I do demand a refund on that if you don't help me, you shouldn't have took the money for it. I feel like it's falsified and it's lies and you guys really don't do this at all. It was just the way to get extra money out of me and I want my money back.

I was told that I would get a refund for this charged when I returned the thermal printer %26 paper and did not get it. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!! I have tried to talk to customer representatives and did not get this issue resolved. I am very unhappy that I have been charged with something I will not use.

they were rude, in a hurry n one tech had to finish what the first tech did not. than they tried not to let me know. but it was obvious. the first one didnt install the drivers n told me i didnt need them unless i had an issue. i yad a problem n the 2nd 5ech fixed it.

paid to have this service, but after 1 hour and 40 minutes the kid couldnt help me. he continually had to read something and also had to watch videos. he ended the call saying if i needed further help call back. my pronter still not working. after a few minutes i tried setting it up myself and in 15 to 20 minutes it was ready to go. pretty sad and dont know why walmarts still uses these people. walmart your going down hill jmo

This copier was bought for me as a gift. i now have the copier in my possesson. i cant get it to set up properly wireless so i purchased walmart help withe same gift card the copier was bought on. i have not received any further instructions. waste of money?

I could not use the remote printer setup because my printer is linked to my job, and they won't allow remote access. I asked for a refund, but did not get one.

DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE! I bought it and the people I talked to did not know what they were talking about. I ended up having to call HP support to get my printer set up.

Called the telephone number on the email. Was never transferred to a Tech. TelePrompter as my to rate the service. After I answered all the question with 1 to 5 stars, it hung up on my and I was never transferred to a Tech.

I didn't get it but I got charged for it which is bull crap so I hope you will give me back my money or call me back and tell me how to hook up my printer because somthing going to be done.
