Remote Printer Setup

headset jack did not work. Also I was charged a 49.00 fee for someone to set up the laptop for me. I want this refunded as well. Not only I didn't use someone to help me, I never asked for this service. I would like my 49.00 refund as well as the full amount of the laptop I'm returning.

I never received the laptop. I needed it really badly. I was told I have to wait until July 1st. I ordered it on the 27th, and that was fine. On July 1st, it was still in Georgia, and I needed a laptop, so I had to buy another one. Amazon screwed me out of a laptop. Fraud. You are crawling and giving me my money back. The laptop has been sitting in a warehouse close to my home for the last four days. There is nothing I can do. I need a refund. You are stalling me? I am not purchasing from Amazon anymore, and now I am not purchasing from you anymore until my money is returned.

I paid $38 to receive assistance from a technician with my initial setup. This was because of the complexities in adding Nota Bene software (installed on a previous laptop). I was never contacted by a technician, nor did I receive any assistance. Consequently, a refund of this charge is in order.

Present for another. He's unable to sign onto the site. I tried from my computer and was warned the site is dangerous. He called the number, waited 35 minutes for an individual to answer, and they have no record of the purchase and tried to charge him over twice what I paid for remote sign-up. I would not recommend buying such for another person. I would hesitate signing up for remote setup after seeing "deceptive website."

VERY LOW QUALITY !!!!!! i waited for 4 DAYS !!!! for a return call .. some of these techs are in foreign countries who do not connect with US tracfone .. when I finally heard back from them after several days and emailing them ... .... without any warning of any kind, they started transition of data from old computer to new computer this scared me to death, no communication, unanswered questions, CHOKED .... I emailed them several times THEREAFTER with"where on new computer is transmitted info from old computer ??? ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" NADA ... B LA B LALB LA ... I am not used to bowling alley "etiquette" like this ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! .. I never did find info from Old computer on new one .... I RETURNED IT TO WM .... IF YOU BUY COMPUTER AT WM ..DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE SET UP SERVICE !!!!!!! they'll punk you @!@

DO NOT PURCHASE!! They don't 'set it up". It is a 3rd Party company %26 they don't transfer data, which is 99% of help people need. Spent 2.5 hours of being shunted back %26 forth between them %26 Walmart to get refunded. Save your money...maybe ask the Grandkids.....

No one showed up or called me or was online with me to help get my laptop set up. I like to get my money back. I got no help at all so I just gave us one star just for the sake of it being available, but there was no help at all, very disappointed by that.

i think this review is just for the technical help with setting up the PC, which doesn't actually matter, because I am finding the compurer is a lemon, and the inefficient tech help were completelyunable to do their job in helping me get it set up. I am considering getting rid of this computer to try an Apple or even Linux! After all, ANYTHING is better than the NOTHING I am stuck with!

I ordered this option with my new laptop. The website offered no description of the service, so I assumed it was equivalent to LapLink. Nope, not even close. Getting a refund for the unused software is even worse. Wal-Mart absolutely refused to give me a refund, and they are almost impossible to reach by phone

A complete rip off. first of all, the people never showed, then when I asked for a refund, they told me it was supposed to be online a remote help.Well, I paid 38 bucks for nothing.And then it caught only took me 10 minutes to plug in for wires, so I wish I could get my money back.These guys are a complete farce.
