Remote Router Setup

I ordered the assistance with set-up when I had purchased a new router. Before I received the router I realized the problem I was having was with the VPN and not the router. When I received the router I returned it and received the credit, HOWEVER, Walmart does not bundle the service with the router. I never used the service, or the insurance. I got the credit on the insurance but not on the set-up service even after I spent a lot of time on chat and multiple phone calls. Walmart still owes me $29.95 for set-up service I did NOT use plus tax.

Router alone is useless and apparently can't buy dish separately so had to request refund, hoping I can easily get all my money back, including the 3yr warranty and 24hrs IT service, so I can then purchase both router and dish. Fairly expensive purchase to not have a warning pop-up before purchase that this product requires a dish and dish can not sold solo separately.

I was not impressed. After paying about $30 for the service, I was told that if I needed at home help it would be $99.00 more dollars. So, all we get for our money is a phone call to tell us what to do. That's fine for those who understand all the tech. We are 75 and don't have a clue. They did get back with me quickly but just to tell me a phone call to walk us through it was all they could offer unless I paid $99 more. I will see if I get a refund since I did not know I was paying for a phone call.

I like the heavy-duty Reynolds Wrap. The regular version is like paper. This is a must for cooking and preparing meals.

I called the technical help phone number and the man who answered the phone refused to assist me. I would like a refund of the $29.97.

Never got this item I need to return people in the back house more than likely took this item they are squatters mom doesn't want them back there.

Spent a total of 10 minutes trying to get my router setup. Didn't get it setup. Not worth the money!!

i guess this is one way to keep customers in their place. Cause this tablet wont hook up to anything.

Called the 888 phone number and didn't get my call answered. Worked on the star link myself and finally got it working. Sorry I wasted $29 for no service or help with the setup

Service never provided. Walmart refused to refund cost. Sham, rip off
