Renal Diet Cookbook for the Newly Diagnosed (Spiral Bound)

A really good renal cookbook and information for anyone that's newly diagnosed. What caught my eye was it stated: low sodium, low protein, low phosphorus, low protein recipes and managing kidney disease and avoiding dialysis, but the cookbook is truly for the newly diagnosed in the early stages of kidney disease. My husband just went to stage 4 in his kidney disease because he didn't take the diet restrictions seriously and he's now ready to change his eating habits. Unfortunately for stage 4 kidney disease these recipes aren't reduced enough in what he needs to avoid.

if you've got ckd this is the "perfect" book, not only does it have easy recipes it's also better helps understand what ckd is about. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about their ckd

I love the wonderful information in this cookbook about kidney health. It makes the recipes so much better. I recommend this book to everyone with healthy or bad kidneys. A great healthy and delicious diet for kidneys

I just got this book last week and there's a lot to learn. I've recently been diagnosed with 3rd stage kidney disease and will use what I learn to slow the progress of the disease.

Has a lot of receipes that sound really good.

The font print is too small and the color is too light. The book is excellent 👌- the publisher needs to make the font larger 12 pts at least normal range and darker ink.I have to return the book

It isn't as helpful as I thought it would be but for someone just diagnosed with kidney disease it might be.
