Renew Life Gentle Reset Magnesium Dietary Supplement Capsules, 60 Count

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set aside a good week or so when you don't have to work or travel. I experienced terrible cramping, although the product did work for me. Started w/1 pill and increased to 2, but I was so uncomfortable. It was effective, for sure, and I was very regular while taking it. Did not cause diarrhea, but just regular BM's, sometimes up to 3-4 times per day. Says a lot about how much waste I was carrying around for so long. It worked, but I didn't like the cramping. It was close to labor contractions. If you're someone who takes the occasional laxative to relieve frequent constipation, you may have an easier time tolerating a product like this one, but for those of us who don't generally require laxatives or stool softeners to function, you may experience more discomfort with a magnesium product like this. Overall, it works, and does what it says it will. Just be prepared.
