[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several years back, I suffered with candida overgrowth after wiping out good intestinal flora with stress and antibiotics. I couldn't function. I was exhausted, had thrush, horrible heartburn, and my immune system was shot. So it was essential to find a probiotic to restore my health. The more strains the better. I switched to this probiotic recently -- 10 strains (great!) and prebiotics (even better). With a daily regimen of 1. pre/probiotic, 2. drastically cutting out sugar, and 3. killing candida with herbals (oregano), I'm restored.
