Easy to install with the proper tools; cutter, stripper, crimper. After years of use on the roof of the RV throughout all sorts of weather and highway driving, the connections stayed clean and dry.

Worked out great. Had a leak in the roof of my van where my solar panel wiring came through the roof. I cut the old connectors off so that I didn't have to pull all of the wiring out of the van. Installed the new connectors with ease. Water tight now and didn't take all day to fix.

These connectors are what you need to connect together your solar project

Easily put together once you figure out which metal piece goes with which plastic piece. (Metal Male with Plastic Female / Metal Female with Plastic Male) A short picto book would be nice for people not tech savvy. Be sure to put the screw on cap and compression seal on the wire in the correct orientation before snapping metal piece into plastic housing.

These connectors are solid and pretty easy to put together...if you have tried it a few times to get the right combination. I dropped a star because they don't come with instructions telling clearly which inner piece goes with which outer piece. YouTube is only partly helpful on that issue. It would also be handy to know ahead of time that there is a special crimper needed to put them together, and it won't be found at your local big box store.
