This thing lives up to all expectations! Excellent, well thought out product that delivers as promised! Heat: good, would be nice to have a higher setting as well! Vibrating seat: Perfect. Roller balls: Incredible!!! Really massages and kneads you! Covid gave me some weird condition resulting in occasional chest pain (been checked out). When they get bad, this massager saves me (literally, at times:) My experience is stellar and I highly recommend this particular model. The manufacturer seems really on top of their game.

For those with bad backs and cant afford a chiropractor, invest in this. Both my hubby and I enjoy it thoroughly. It has multiple intensity massagers. The neck massager destress you after a hard day. Feel like I'm on a cloud for 15 minutes. Great for my meditation times. Really helps my sciatica.

BE AWARE THAT THE BLACK COLOR MASSAGER IS A DIFFERENT MODEL AND DOES NOT HAVE THE NECK MASSAGER. I ordered the black one first and I had to return it, because it is only a back massager. Anyway, the white one really exceeded my expectations. The only con is that I wish the heat function was warmer, you only feel a slight temperature. The neck massager is the best feature and what I was looking for. Can't beat the price. It is a really good deal for what you get.

Bought it for my husband and he loves it! He uses it all the time. As soon as he comes home from work he's in it for the rest of the night almost. He says it works wonders.

Love love love it! Works better than I thought. The pressure is perfect. It reminds me of the massage chairs at the mall. Very relaxing.

LIKES: the quality, the auto adjusting neck cushion. DISLIKES: Can't use heater unless massage function is also on. Not meant for car seats. Cannot adjust massage strength for people with sensitive backs or backs with arthritis making the massage option unusable unfortunately.

What a scam. Back massage portion broke the first use. Did some brief research to find this is a known defect with model yet they continue to sell them. What a joke, give me my money back and some extra for wasting my time. Even made some extremely loud cracking sounds, may even be dangerous. Google the model %23 in description and read 1 star reviews, saw my exact situation is extremely common.
