Renpure Biotin & Collagen Thickening Shampoo, for All Hair Types, 28 fl oz

I love this shampoo! The only problem I have is that I DO love a good pump %26 my pump came broken!! SO, I'm NOT super happy that as long as I'm going to have this entire huge bottle of shampoo, I have to open it up in the shower %26 get some out by unscrewing it %26 not using the “could be helpful pump” :( So, yes I love the product itself but hopefully everyone else gets a working pump!! Ha ha

I absolutely love this shampoo.Manufacti've been using a schaav conditioner for years.Cause it works great in my hair.But I'm almost ready to try this condition of this.What works because the shampoo and my very long hair.I only need a little teeny bit and it works great, and my hand feels so much healthier.I love it

This product works great on with volumizing hair. Hair is thicker than ever and easier to manage, also helps to maximize hair perm.

i got this shampoo to strengthen my hair. i have long white hair that. started thinning due to an illness and possibly my medications i haven't been using it long enough to say that it is working or not. I can say it takes a little more than I expected to get a good lather. it seems thin and watery. I have to make sure to lather, rinse, and repeat or my hair is very oily the next day. Doing the process twice, i can go two days fine and wash again on day three, but usually go ahead and wash every other day because it just looks better. Not a bad product just a little thinner than expected. Its worth trying to see how you like it.

I used to love this shampoo and conditioner, but the last couple times I've bought it, there was a very noticeable change in its texture and effectiveness. It feels watery and cheap now, and leaves my hair feeling nasty. I will never recommend this brand again. You may as well get cheap V05 if you're going to get this, because it's the exact same quality now. Truly awful. Congrats Renpure, you ruined your products and you're losing all of your long-time customers. Whoever came up with the idea to change your formula really ought to be fired.

So, I like the smell and the size butttt, Since I started using this my hair started falling out by the handfuls!!! So badly I've started using rogain! I quit using this and switched back to my old shampoo and already noticing less fallout! Also, my hair won't curl after using this. The volume and thickness was good though, but it's total crap! The conditioner didn't have the silkiness to it either! I already have fine thin hair, that's why I was looking for something to help with volume instead I have even thinner hair and feel like I need a haircut just to make it look better after the amount of hair I lost from using this for just 1 month!!!

This was my go-to shampoo for the last several years until my last two purchases. It seems like they changed formulas or ingredients because the smell to the shampoo is awful and has a “Smokey” smell to it now. I absolutely can't stand the smell anymore unfortunately.

I recently purchased this Renpure Biotin %26 Collagen Thickening Shampoo and matching conditioner. It was fantastic! When I ran out, I added a replacement bottle to my online pickup order. When I picked it up on 30 Sep 2025 and used it, I was SO disappointed. This shampoo was not even remotely the same as the one I had just recently purchased (maybe a month before). The bottle was smaller, the pump did not work (the only way I could get it out was to pour it out), and the scent (which was the entire reason for the repurchase) was not even similar to the original one. I immediately double checked what I had purchased vs. what I received because it was so different I thought Walmart had made a mistake, but sadly, it was the "same" product. I don't know what they did to it in the short amount of time it took me to use the 1st bottle and repurchase the 2nd one, but I will NOT repurchase this version and I cannot recommend it.
