Easy to put together, took about 75-90 minutes. Use a socket wrench for ease of installation. You don't necessarily need two people to assembled it. I did it by myself with no issues. Nice and sturdy

i dont do a lot of heavy lifting because i physically cant yet but they have been holding out pretty well so far. they seem extremely stable. only issue i have would be that in order to lower or raise the stand you have to undo the pins AND undo the lower racks in order to move the top racks up or d

I love this, but keep in mind that the stands are wide and you may trip on them if you are new and careless or do not watch your step. I even bought a second for my mom to have a squat rack as well, tuned with the proper weights for her to use every day. Squats every few days prevents osteoporosis and hip damage later in life!

I like the rack and it's fine if you jsut want to adjust it once and walk away. But if you want to change the height for different exercises, you are going to have fun because whoever designed it didn't do it for that. Bolting it into a new height requires aligning the holes for both the long pole and the small safety sleeve so you literally need a third hand to tighten the knob in place while you are keeping the two lined up. Otherwise, it looks like a decent rack.

Leg press is OK but bench press is way to low. I have it all the way up and I can't get under it, practically have to bench from ground. So basically it's only a leg press. can't return it, way to many pieces to take apart and re package

didn't come with tools to tighten the bolts they provide... you can't tighten them by hand, which means you have to buy tools also in order to use this product

The reviews mentioned it was sturdy but nope!! Im not sure if the nuts and bolts i received were incorrect but it is wobbly and not secure at all!!
