I have finally found a magnesium supplement that doesn't cause any side effects. However, I discovered that they actually increase energy levels when I took one just before bedtime and was awake all night. Now I take one several hours before bed and I sleep just fine.

We've been trying these to see if they help my kiddos sleep sooner. My oldest doesn't love the flavor; my middle seems indifferent (although it seemed to me that they helped her) but my youngest, she zonks out nearly instantly (while usually she's in and out of her room with questions and concerns far past bedtime).

We recently started giving this supplement 30 minutes before bedtime. It works! The kids all fall asleep much more quickly, sleep well throughout the night, and are even sleeping in a little later in the morning. No more restless legs at night either! It's been wonderful!

This stuff works wonders! Not only does it help my daughter sleep better, but she also wakes up in such a better mood! Thank you, Renzo's!

My kids fight over these vitamins. Even when they are mad over anything and everything, I can just say " time for your vitamins" and they rush over to see me. These are such a life saver. I've been using them for three years. My kids hardly ever get sick. .

I bought this for my 8 yr old granddaughter who has ADHD and sensory issues. She gets headaches and muscle tension and has trouble sleeping through the night. Sometimes, she gets hyperactive and has difficulty calming down. I bought this in hopes that it will help to alleviate these issues. Although I believe it will take longer for the full effects to be realized since she has been taking it for only 2 weeks, it does seem that it is helping with the muscle tension. Since many supplements take time to give the full effect, I may be willing to give this 5 stars in the future. My granddaughter loves the taste, and they do seem to easily melt in her mouth. I like that they are melting tablets instead of gummies so that she doesn't see them as candy.

My 3 year old has never been a great sleeper. He asks for these during bathtime. So far so good. Night one he was OUT, and that is a very rare occasion. If this relaxes him and helps him sleep during the night, I'm all for it.

I never received my product and when I wrote to support-they asked me to confirm my address-which I did-and then failed to respond to my THREE follow up emails. I'll be sticking with Hiya.
