This product is pretty good at keeping me balanced. I used to get a lot of bacterial infections and my gyno recommended this. I use it when I start to notice any feminine odor and it typically is noticeably better after using this before bedtime. Sometimes the applicators don't squeeze out all the gel effectively and it usually takes several attempts to get it all out.
