Work with modifications.
Be careful...these will work if you change the screw, but the do not have the star indentation on top like the originals do. they work after you change the original screw.

Wrong size for series 600 but can be made to work
As others have stated the hole at the top of these is smaller than our model 600. But a minute with a drill bit got them to fit easily. Aside from that, great price for 3 brushes.

does not perfectly fit roomba. you will need to make adjustments, but for half the price its worth it

Works, but requires alteration
These do not fit exactly. They can be altered to work with a pocket knife. The hole for the screw is the wrong size.

Do not fit the 600 series
The center hole in the spinners is to small so the screw does not sit in the middle, it sits above the middle, causing the screw not to engage in the threads of the Roomba...I tries tapping out to plastic to make the hole bigger but the whole thing cracked...I went to my local hardware store and could not find any screw that will work. It is a unique metric size and thread that they do not carry. I do not want to strip out the Roomba so in the garbage these go....very disappointing.

I ran the Roomba once and one of the brushes was frayed afterwards. Not a quality product compared to the last ones I bought from Roomba.
