This remote is easier to use than original remote and hookup was a breeze. If your using antenna hookup, you can go to channel directly instead of slowly scrolling through everything. You have access to everything just like original remote but I feel it's much easier to use. My wife has original and I have this one. "Fighting Remotes" 😀

I don't dislike anything about it particularly, however there are buttons that have no purpose whatsoever, and, instead of getting one, I got two identical controllers! I have no idea why

The remote was a disappointment! I went by my serial number and it ended up being the wrong remote.. my tv is a smart Hisense even though the remote was for fire hisense .. I thought sense it had my serial number I would b good.! Nope!!!!!

How do I program I inserted the batteries and I'm pressing power but nothing happens

1st off no. instructions on setting it up and you asked about battery lige there e was no batteries ? that came with it so that a stroke against that item

I have a problem I have ordered through y'all and the whole time my package is up in the front office of my apartment not at my door and then whoever delivered they were sitting here forging people name when people order from y'all and put that address in you need to deliver it to their doors so whoever was to delivery person y'all need to talk to him or her about forging people names cuz I just talked to the office and that's what she got caught on whenever I order from y'all again

Comes in a paper bag. No documentation. Just install batteries and it operates. The FAV button operates the same as the Live TV button... If you change the function in the TV settings, they both change. Except for that, everything worked until the buttons started failing at two weeks. Going to see if Walmart will take it back without any packaging.

It never worked with my Hisense TV.
