Can't get microphone button to work. My husband is blind and that's the reason I bought it . We have a smart TV and had no problem with the one that came with it. But power button stopped working so we had to buy a new remote. Have tried everything.

Terrible - cheaply made.! Beware!!!!
So this remote paired fine with tv without having to program. Otherwise it's a piece of garbage. I've bought 2. Only because I thought I got a dud once. NOPE!! They break by only being dropped on the floor once. literally...don't let it fall of your couch. The buttons are odd. and it's slow to turn the channel. My husband and I hate the way this remote works! We will be purchasing a different one all together. ugh

I purchased this to replace the remote for my Philips TV and it's not worth it even though it was an expensive it doesn't work. I've had it for six months and the batter the buttons don't work. Gonna try and return it.

Yes, I had the remote control for my Phillips TV I put new batteries in it, it still does not work.The light keeps blinking and blinking.I went, I bought new batteries and it still doesn't work.So I would like to return the police
