The item is just as pictured. It was convenient to order online and have it delivered to my door.
No assembly was required right out of the box and it fit perfectly with my unit. I did not even have to adjust it much on my particular setup.

Exactly what i needed !!
The installation tabs made into the top of the item are too thin. I had three tabs break off while installing. After installation the item didn't even work properly. I had to remove the item and disassemble it to using the top part of the original cartridge to make it work. I would have rather saved my money and bought a new toilet.
