Eufy robot cleaners are the best! We have had a Eufy robot for the last 12 months and have nothing but praise for it.

My children bought this for me as a Christmas present last year. It's the best gift I have ever received.

The product I ordered was as expected with rather a long delay due to lack of stock. The missing star is due to the multiple and very annoying repeated requests for reviews. This is my second review! Hopefully the spam emails stop.

Major problem with availability of spare parts. Not available for several months.

Worked great on low end WiFi in this area. Did the package overhaul of brushes and mops and now. It couldn't find WiFi (??!) for reset, so did that. Am withholding final opinion until someone can offer a solution.

The parts themselves are good but since owning the machine for 1 year now, they have been out of stock most of the year and are out of stock again. No good enough to sell expensive machines to people and then not provide replacements, some of which need replacing every 3 months.

It is ridiculous that a brand-new vacuum machine which I've had for a few months has no parts for the roller brush and is constantly sold out. What kind of business are you trying to run?

Ever since replacing the filter I've been getting messages saying that the filter is not on correctly or is not working properly and it's been getting overfilled and cluttered regularly and needs to be shaken out every other use. Which was not previously the case, also, since putting on the replacement pieces, the vacuum's been getting stuck more often.
