I would have appreciated a little heads up that one package would not be enough for a 15ft trampoline. I had to order more separately and have my helpers return to install the other set of pole covers. But I'm really glad to be able to get them!

Made a mistake on measurements, I wanted to return this item and walmart states that I bought this item from private seller? I informed them that purchased this on Walmart website? Apparently they have private companies that sell on Walmart website. I didn't know this? I'm told I can't return it in store or on website. I have to reach out to private seller? Which they have not responded and possibly will not refund my money back. Very disappointed with this buy.

Terrible
They sent me short pads that were too small for the poles. Called and talked to the producer and they were unprofessional. Said they knowingly sent me short pads because they were sold out do the correct ones and offered me mo solution.

Incomplete order received-still waiting.
The foam is fine- only received 4 of 6, wrote to please send the rest of the order- got one more. Still waiting for the 6th piece.
